Shipping rates, are calculated based on the exact weight and destination of the order, along with the shipping method selected during checkout.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an additional notification to let you know that it’s on the way. If you selected a shipping method that includes tracking, your tracking number will be included in this message.

Orders are typically shipped from our nearest fulfillment centre within 5 business days. Additional shipping time will depend on selected shipping method and destination.
